Windows 8 and Near Field Communication!
What do Windows 8, Windows Phone 8 and Android have in common? The answer is Near Field Communication(NFC)! Come and find out what is Near Field Communication and understand how this will transform the world as we know it.
We will take a look at a Windows 8 application that uses NFC to log in, talk about the proximity sensor and also transfer data between Windows 8 and Android. You will see how easy it is to read and write NFC tags as well as we will take a look at how to write applications that can talk to each other using the proximity sensor and then pass data back and forth. Near Field Communication is a revolution thats going to take place in the mobile world and you should be the there to experience it first hand!
